Delivery Information
Please check your delivery carefully when it arrives! - It is essential that all deliveries are checked before the driver leaves.
All deliveries must be signed for! Goods will not be delivered if there is no one available to provide a signature.
Your signature is acceptance of the goods in good order. Please ensure to inspect the delivery carefully upon arrival. Report any damage or marks on the packaging to the driver. If the items are damaged please report to us by email immediately, providing photos of the damage if possible. We can not accept reports of damage any later than 3 days after delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
We endeavour to deliver orders in as few parcels as necessary. Our system will calculate this automatically during checkout, based on the volume and weight of your order.
Our delivery rates are as follows...
- Parcels - €10.00+VAT
- Oversize Parcel - €20.00+VAT
- Pallet - €48.00+VAT
- Oversize Pallet - €110.00+VAT
In Stock items ordered before 2PM will normally be dispatched the dame day for delivery the following business day. Items with a lead time will usually be delivered within the lead time specified.
